We have over 23 years of experience in constructing Lofts, we are a small to average size Company. The Company consists of a Qualified Projects Manager who deals with delivery, the plans, the Council. 3 Carpenters, 2 Gas Safe Plumbers, 2 Electrical Certified Installers, 2 Roofers, and 2 Plasterers,and each individual tradesmen have all worked with the largest loft conversion Companies in the UK for many years.
We can design your loft conversion to your requirements, or we can work from your own designs. We can give you References, and show you any on going loft conversions in progress. We are available to you five days a week to answer any queries you may have. Throughout your loft conversion our Project Manager will regularly be on site to ensure the project runs smoothly.
We work with a Guaranteed Fixed Price contract designed to offer you a completed job irrespective of any problems that may arise. We handle all aspects of planning consent and building regulations approval for you. Drawing up architectural drawings which we submit for the appropriate Planning and Building control approvals.
